Mother Clutcher Heavy-Duty Complete Primary and Secondary Clutch Set
Upgrade for all 2019-2020 Polaris Ranger 1000 XP Crew Cab models and 2018-2020 Ranger 1000 XP Single Cab models (all packages, including Northstar). Both clutches are pre-balanced, pre-tuned, and bolt-on ready with the correct spring and weights in the primary and the helix and spring in the secondary. Upgraded Primary Clutch Features:
P90XT Clutch: Derived from the RZR Turbo, this clutch eliminates the OEM’s failure-prone EBS design and casting issues, replacing them with a robust design that can withstand double the Ranger 1000’s horsepower.
Smoother Engagement: This clutch enhances take-off smoothness, removing the OEM’s problematic EBS setup and using a reliable two-way bearing.
Higher RPM Power Band: Slightly raised RPM at 3/4 to full throttle for better performance on trails or roads, but still practical for slow speeds and work.
Design Note: This type of primary clutch produces a ticking sound at idle (below 2200 RPM) due to the free-moving spider in the clutch basket, a characteristic shared with the OEM RZR Turbo.
Installation: Requires only the P90X puller tool to remove the stock clutch. Includes a new mounting bolt for easy setup.

Reinforced Housing: Strengthened outer sheave on the main housing provides better balance and durability.
